Military Families

Thank you for visiting our Military Family Support Web Page. We are happy to be of service to our military families and students at Valley View. Our hope is to provide support for your family, whether you are new to the area or long-time residents and we created this resource page to help our military families find answers to questions, meet challenges, and develop relationships.

PurpleStar-Ohio_Ohio Black Tag

We are incredibly proud to announce that Valley View Middle and High Schools have been officially recognized as Purple Star Schools – Class of 2025 by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce

This prestigious designation honors our school’s dedication and commitment to supporting military-connected students and their families. Meeting the rigorous criteria set by the Purple Star Advisory Board is no small feat, and we are thrilled to be part of this distinguished group.

Our military families deserve meaningful support, especially during school transitions, and this recognition reflects our passion for ensuring their success and well-being.

The Purple Star designation is valid for three years, and we’re excited to continue this important mission with pride!

Congratulations to everyone who made this possible!
