Due to weather related issues for our district, we have now reached are allowed number of “calamity days”. The Ohio Department of Education offers districts an alternative to requiring students to come in extra days by providing lessons for them to complete online. Valley View will implement Edays for the sixth, seventh or eighth day we are closed as a calamity day.
As of Tuesday, January 16th, we will begin with Day 1 of these Eday lessons. Students will follow directions to complete the process as determined by each of the district buildings Principals. Questions can be directed to your teacher.

Students at Valley View Junior High and Valley View High School: Individual teachers will instruct their students as to how they will access their lessons. Most teachers will assign their lessons on Google Classroom. Junior High and High School students/parents need to check their Google accounts or emails for assignments Teachers are available by email if there are questions.
The district understands that not all students will be able to complete these lessons online at home. For those students who do not complete the work on the day school is called off, teachers will provide them with a paper copy of the assignments on the next day we are back in session. Students will have ten school days to complete this work and turn it in.
