Dates: March 4th -15th (from 8:00AM to 4:00PM - Monday thru Friday) @ Valley View Primary School, 110 Comstock St. Germantown.
Bring: child's birth certificate (not a hospital record), social security card, immunization record, custody papers (if applicable), and proof of residency (copy of DP&L, water bills, or local telephone bill)
In order to enter Kindergarten the child must be 5years old by August 1, 2013
